| 摘 要： | 为了建立适用于烟草行业的“实验室安全文化”建设水平评价体系模型，分析确定了烟草行业“实验室安全文化”建设的影响因素，根据行为安全“2-4”模型建立了评价指标体系，进而基于RBF神经网络建立了烟草行业“实验室安全文化”建设水平评价模型。使用该模型评价中国烟草总公司郑州烟草院“实验室安全文化”建设状况，结果与评价对象实际状况具有较好一致性。说明所建立的模型可作为烟草行业“实验室安全文化”建设水平评价方法。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the construction level of "laboratory safety culture" in tobacco industry,the influencing factors were analyzed and determined,and an evaluation index system was established based on the "2-4" model of behavioral safety.Furthermore,by using the RBF neural network,an evaluation model for the construction level of "laboratory safety culture" in tobacco industry was established.Then,the model was applied to Zhengzhou Tobacco Institute of China National Tobacco Corporation.The results showed good agreement with the actual conditions of the evaluation objects.Therefore,the established evaluation model is effective in evaluation of the construction level of "laboratory safety culture" in tobacco industry. |
