旅游景区灾害远程救援管理系统研究

摘    要:针对景区灾害定位不精准、灾害救援管理不善等问题,研发了基于摄像机云台的远程视频监控管理系统。在全面分析该系统架构、深入剖析系统各功能模块的基础上,提出了一种基于布谷鸟优化算法的新型定位算法,并对该算法的可行性进行验证,最后将该算法与GPS定位模块相结合给出最终定位方法。实际应用表明:该系统可靠、定位精确、效果显著。

Abstract:A remote video surveillance management system based on cradle head camera was developed to deal with the problem of mismanagement and inaccuracy. A new localization algorithm based on cuckoo optimization algorithm was put forward on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the system architecture and deeply analysis of the various functional modules,and the feasibility of the algorithm was verified. At last,this new algorithm and GPS positioning module was combined to get the final method. Experiment results show that this system is reliable,accurate and significant.
