底板注浆改造和疏水降压工程联合应用研究

摘    要:城郊煤矿21304工作面受切眼附近落差为560 m的F20边界断层影响,二2煤层底板太原组灰岩与矿井边界F20断层下盘奥陶系灰岩之间存在水力联系,导致工作面底板水压较高,严重影响了工作面的安全回采。为了消除矿井21304工作面受底板高水压的水害影响,针对该地区的水文地质条件,采用底板注浆改造和疏水降压工程相结合的防治水技术体系,降低了工作面水压,实现了工作面安全回采,也为该地区邻近工作面的开采奠定了基础,有助于建立该地区完善的水害防治技术体系。

Abstract:21304 working face of Chengjiao Coal Mine is influenced by F20 boundary faults,whose fall head is 560 m. There exist hydraulic connection between Taiyuan Group limestone of Ⅱ2 coal seam floor and Ordovician limestone of F20 boundary faults,so the water pressure of floor on working face is higher,which has seriously affected the safe mining of the working face. To eliminate the negative effects of the high water pressure to 21304 working face of coal mine,according to the hydrogeological conditions in the area,the mine adopted the water prevention and control system combined with bottom grouting transformation and drainage and depressurization engineering technology. The application of these method has reduced the water pressure and achieve the safety of the working face extraction,and has laid the foundation for the exploitation of the region which is close to the working face,and it is conducive to establish the perfect disaster prevention technology system.
