摘    要:对中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂30万t/a重整装置出现的汽油辛烷值,循环气含C_(3),C_(4)量下降,循环氢纯度升高等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:上述问题是由半再生重整催化剂SR-1000氮中毒所引起的,通过采取控制原料馏程,更换新型缓蚀剂,提高预加氢反应器压力,调整蒸发塔和分馏塔操作等措施,可使重整装置汽油辛烷值增至97.5,循环氢中C_(3),C_(4)体积分数降至3.27%,氢气纯度降至81%。

Abstract:The problem of gasoline octane number and recycle gas C3, C4 content decreasing, elevated circulating hydrogen purity increasing in a 0.3 Mt/a reforming unit of Refinery & Chemical Plant of Yumen Oilfield Company,PetroChina, were analyzed, and the optimization measures were put forward. The results showed that the above problems were caused by semi-regeneration reforming catalyst SR-1000′s nitrogen poisoning. By adopting new measures such as controlling raw material distillation range, using new corrosion inhibitor, improving hydrogenation reactor pressure, adjusting evaporation tower and fractionating column measures, the gasoline octane number had increased to 97.5, circulating hydrogen C3, C4 volume fraction and hydrogen purity had decreased to 3.27%,81% respectively.
