摘    要:随着煤矿的长期开采,各种孤岛煤柱的安全、高采出率回收成为矿井亟待解决的难题。针对朱村矿东一下山保护煤柱回收难题,采用膏体充填法进行回采。分别从工作面液压支架与围岩的相互作用关系及支护强度要求、充填期间“充填体—上覆岩层”支撑结构体系的稳定性和充填体强度要求以及充填率对地表开采沉陷的影响3方面进行了分析研究。通过采用膏体充填开采,工作面巷道围岩稳定,上覆岩层无明显裂隙离层发育,表现为随工作面开采整体缓慢下沉状态;按开采高度2.5 m计算,地表下沉系数为0.137,地表建筑物在Ⅰ级损坏之内。

Abstract:With the long-term mining of coal mine,the safe and high recovery rate of isolated coal pillar has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the paste filling method was used to solve the problem of coal pillar recovery in Zhucun Coal Mine.The supporting strength requirements of the hydraulic support,the strength requirements of the filling body and the influence of the filling rate on the surface mining subsidence were analyzed.Through the paste filling mining,it was founded that the surrounding rock of the working face was stable,and the overlying strata have no obvious cracks and separation,which showed the overall slow subsidence state along with the mining.According to the mining height of 2.5 m,the surface subsidence coefficient was 0.137,and the damage of surface structures was within grade Ⅰ.
