视网膜色素上皮与近视发病机制研究进展

摘    要:近视是视力损害的主要原因之一,常伴发视网膜脱离、近视性黄斑病变等并发症。体外和体内研究均表明,近视发生过程中视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)组织形态学和离子稳态发生变化,且视网膜色素上皮分泌的多巴胺、乙酰胆碱等神经递质和转化生长因子-β、肝细胞生长因子和胰岛素样生长因子等多种生长因子与近视发展进程密切相关,参与眼轴延长和近视性巩膜基质重塑。本文就近视视网膜色素上皮形态学改变及神经递质和生长因子在近视发生发展中的作用进行综述,为理解近视发展的分子机制及探索新的治疗方法提供新思路。

Abstract:Myopia, one of the leading causes of visual impairment, often accompanied by complications such as retinal detachment and myopic macular disease. Both in vitro and in vivo studies has shown that changes in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) histomorphology and ionic homeostasis during myopia, neurotransmitters such as dopamine and acetylcholine and various growth factors such as transforming growth factor-β, hepatocyte growth factor and insulin-like growth factor secreted by the retinal pigment epithelium play an important role in myopia scleral matrix remodeling and axial elongation. This article reviews the role of RPE morphological changes, neurotransmitters and growth factors in the development of myopia during myopia, and provides new ideas for understanding the molecular mechanisms of myopia development and exploring new treatments.
