新型等容燃烧室法与标准方法测定柴油十六烷值对比分析

摘    要:柴油尾气是造成中国大气污染的重要来源,十六烷值是衡量柴油着火性能的主要指标,目前国内普遍采用标准发动机法测定柴油的十六烷值。采用等容燃烧室法测定柴油着火延迟和燃烧延迟,通过公式计算柴油衍生十六烷值,是一种新型的十六烷值测定方法。利用新、旧方法的典型仪器进行试验,结果表明2种方法测定数据重复性和再现性符合要求,数据一致性良好。相较于标准发动机法,新型等容燃烧室法仪器具有操作简便、数据稳定、测量范围广、使用成本低等诸多优点。新型方法的广泛使用,将提高各地柴油十六烷值测定效率,进而保证柴油品质及充分燃烧,为减少柴油尾气污染物排放供技术支撑。

Abstract:Diesel exhaust is an important source of air pollution in China.Cetane number is the main index to measure the ignition performance of diesel.At present,standard engine method is widely used to measure the cetane number of diesel in China.The constant volume combustion chamber method is a new method to determine the cetane number derived from diesel oil by determining the ignition delay and combustion delay of diesel oil and calculating the cetane number by formula.The results showed that the two methods meet the requirements of data reproducibility and good data consistency.Compared with the standard engine method,the new constant volume combustion chamber method has many advantages,such as simple operation,stable data,wide measurement range,low cost and so on.The wide use of the new method will improve the detection efficiency of cetane number of diesel fuel in various regions,thus ensuring the quality and full combustion of diesel fuel,and providing technical support for reducing the emission of diesel exhaust pollutants.
