摘    要:液压锥阀广泛应用于液压系统的流量、方向控制当中,其开启过程的性能尤为重要。基于动网格技术和流固耦合理论,建立了液压锥阀开启过程的三维流固耦合数值模型,基于该模型对液压锥阀在弹簧力及流体力作用下的开启过程进行了仿真。得到了液压锥阀阀芯的运动情况,对比了阀芯稳态位移仿真值和理论值,仿真值与理论值较吻合;在此基础上,得到了液压锥阀开启过程瞬时的流场、阀芯应力分布规律,并分析了阀芯所受应力集中区域应力数值随时间的变化情况,为液压锥阀的设计及优化提供了依据。

Abstract:Hydraulic poppet valve is widely used in hydraulic system fluid control. The opening process properties are especially important. By adopted the dynamic mesh technology and fluid solid theory, a numerical model is established to obtain transient properties of hydraulic poppet valve. We study the motion situation of valve core, compare the steady displacement simulation result with theoretical value. On this basis, the distribution of transient flow and valve core stress are given in the opening process. We also give the change of stress value with time in concentration area. The results provide a basis for the hydraulic poppet valve’s design and optimization.
