摘    要:小波阈值去噪算法是一种经典的振动信号去噪算法,但仍有一定局限性。为了更好地消除噪声对被测振动信号的干扰,提取信号的有用成分,本文对比分析了几种不同小波阈值去噪算法,并在经典小波阈值去噪算法的基础上改进了阈值函数,提出了一种新的小波阈值去噪算法。对模拟信号及实测风机振动信号进行去噪处理并分别与经典及改进的小波阈值去噪效果进行定量比较。结果表明:新的小波阈值函数更好地抑制了噪声污染和保持信号细节,有效地消除了背景噪声,提高了信号特征的可分离性,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Threshold de noising in wavelet domain is a classical algorithm for noise reduction of vibration signals; however, there still exist certain limitations, In order to suppress the interference of noise on vibration signals and extract the useful fault feature from the measured signal, this paper analyzes and compares several different kinds of wavelet threshold de noising algorithms, improves the threshold function and puts forward a new wavelet threshold de noising algorithm based on classical wavelet threshold de noising algorithm. The simulated signal and measured fan vibration signal were de noised, the de noising effect was compared with those for classical and improved wavelet threshold de noising algorithms quantitatively. The results reveal that the new wavelet threshold function can better suppress the noise pollution, retain the signal details, effectively eliminate the noise interference in strong noise background, improve the separability of the signal characteristics, and has high practical application value in engineering.
