| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨EN2在胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及其预后价值。方法:利用Oncomine 数据库及GEPIA数据库分析EN2 在胶质母细胞瘤组织中的表达情况;检索GEPIA数据库，分析EN2 在胶质母细胞瘤组织中的表达与预后的相关性。结果:在胶质母细胞瘤组织中EN2的mRNA表达显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05）；EN2的mRNA表达量与胶质母细胞瘤总生存期存在相关性，即低表达EN2的患者预后较好，高表达EN2的患者预后较差(P=0.015)。结论:EN2基因在胶质母细胞瘤组织中呈高表达，其表达水平对预测胶质母细胞瘤患者的预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of EN2 in glioblastoma.Methods:The expression of EN2 in glioblastoma tissues was measured in Oncomine database and GEPIA．The correlation between EN2 and the survival time of patients with glioblastoma was analyzed by GEPIA.Results:The mRNA expression of EN2 was significantly increased in glioblastoma tissues than normal tissues（P＜0.05).Moreover，increased expression of EN2 was significantly correlated with poor overall prognosis in patients with glioblastoma（P=0.015).Conclusion:EN2 gene shows high expression in glioblastoma tissues，and its expression level has vital significance in predicting the prognosis of glioblastoma． |
