采棉机风机内部流场数值研究

摘    要:为研究采棉机风机内部流场的影响因素,采用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行了数值模拟分析,并分析了不同转速和流量工况下风机内部速度场和吸口负压场。计算结果表明:随着转速的增大,风机出风口速度、最大运输速度不断增大,吸口负压整体呈现不断增大的趋势;随着流量工况的不断增大,出风口速度、最大运输速度不断增大,吸口负压最小值减小,最大值增大。为采棉机风机性能改进提供了有效的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to study the influence factors of the internal flow field of cotton picker fan, the internal flow field is simulated and analyzed by the Fluent software, and the internal velocity field and the suction negative pressure field of fan under different rotating speeds and flow conditions are analyzed. The calculation results show that with the increase of the rotating speed, the fan outlet speed and the maximum transportation speed increase, and the suction negative pressure of fan presents a trend of increasing continuously;with the increase of the flow rate, the outlet speed and the maximum transportation speed increase, and the minimum suction pressure decreases and the maximum value increases. This conclusion provides an effective reference for the improvement of the performance of cotton picker fan.
