基于熵权法的液压液污染度模糊综合评价

摘    要:针对目前液压液颗粒污染度评价标准评价结果代码个数多,不能结合系统对不同尺寸颗粒敏感程度信息等问题,提出应用熵权模糊综合评价模型进行液压液污染度评价。利用熵权法将系统对不同尺寸颗粒敏感程度信息和数据本身所蕴藏的信息量转化为不同尺寸颗粒的权值,并采用模糊综合评价模型汇总各尺寸颗粒的污染度情况和权值,以“正常”、“警告”、“异常”的形式输出最终评价结果。利用该方法评价了某特种船舶某型甲板液压设备液压介质的污染度,评价结果证明该方法可行且直观明了,更重要的是结合了具体系统对不同尺寸颗粒敏感程度信息,评价结果更加科学准确。

Abstract:The hydraulic fluid contamination level evaluation results based on common evaluating standard consist of multiple digits, and we can not take the information of the system's sensitivity of different size particles into account through the evaluation. In order to solve these problems, an application of the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the hydraulic fluid contamination level evaluation is proposed. The information of the system's sensitivity of different size particles and the information amount that the data itself contains are converted to the weight by the entropy method. The weight and contamination level of each size particle are summarized by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the final evaluation results are outputted in the form of "normal", "warning", and "abnormal". This method is used to evaluate the contamination level of the hydraulic medium of a deck hydraulic equipment of a special ship. The evaluation results show that the method is feasible and intuitional. More importantly, we can make the evaluation results become more scientific and accurate with taking the information of the system's sensitivity of different size particles into account.
