| 摘 要： | 糖尿病与癌症是对公众健康产生严重影响的常见疾病。流行病学证据表明糖尿病患者某些癌症的发生及死亡风险增加, 主要包括胰腺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、肾癌、膀胱癌、女性乳腺癌及子宫内膜癌等。糖尿病与癌症之间可能存在直接和间接的关联, 两者间直接的生物学机制可能是高胰岛素血症、高血糖和慢性炎症, 两者存在的共同危险因素包括年龄、性别、种族、肥胖、饮食、体育锻炼、吸烟和酒精。本文综述了糖尿病与癌症相关联机制的研究证据。

| Abstract: | Diabetes and cancer are common diseases that tremendously affect health worldwide.Epidemiologic evidence suggests that the incidence and mortality risks of several types of cancer such as pancreatic, liver, colorectal, kidney, bladder, female breast, and endometrial cancer are increased among diabetics.The association between diabetes and cancer may be due to direct and indirect mechanisms.Direct mechanisms include hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia, and chronic inflammation.Potential risk factors include aging, sex, race, obesity, diet, physical activity, smoking, and alcohol intake.This article reviews the evidence of the association between diabetes and cancer. |
