| 摘 要： | “新民主主义共和国”是中国共产党在抗战时期提出的建国纲领。其“新”质的规定，既是中国共产党自1921年成立以来无数次选择和扬弃的结果，也为“中华人民共和国”建国纲领奠定了理论和实践基础。在中共建国探索史上，“新民主主义共和国”的探索和追求是关键点，起到了承上启下的作用。

| Abstract: | “The New Democratic Republic”is the founding documents of the CPC in the Anti-Japanese War. It was the result of numerous choices since the party was founded in 1921, and laid a theoretical and practical basis for the “the People’s Republic of China”. In the exploration history of the CPC, “the New Democratic Republic”is the key point, playing a connecting role. |
