矿井提升机制动系统故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:为了确保矿井的安全开采,采用模糊理论和故障树相结合的方法,对提升机制动系统故障进行研究,分析了提升机制动系统常见故障原因和模式,并给出了常见的故障模式间接判断方法,为建造故障树奠定基础,结合具体研究对象,把“提升机制动失效”作为顶部故障树,然后融入模糊理论,对故障概率进行模糊化,然后对故障树进行定量和定性分析,计算出顶部事件的模糊概率和底部事件的模糊重要度。研究得出:当发生故障时,可以首先考虑故障是否由“电气系统故障”、“闸间隙大”、“油液污染”等引起的。研究指导了日常系统故障排查和维护,提高了矿井提升机制动系统的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the mine mining,the fuzzy theory and the combination of the fault tree method,studied the mechanism of dynamic system failure,analyzed the common fault causes and mechanism of dynamic system model,and presented a common failure mode of indirect judgment method,so as to lay a good foundation to build the fault tree,combined with the specific research object,the mechanism of promoting "failure" as the top of the fault tree,and then into the fuzzy theory,the fuzzy failure probability,and then the fault tree for qualitative and quantitative analysis,calculated the fuzzy probability of top event and event at the bottom of the fuzzy importance.Research shows that:when a fault occurs,the first consideration can be given to whether the fault is caused by "electrical system failure","large brake clearance","oil contamination" and so on.The study guides the troubleshooting and maintenance of the daily system,and improves the safety and reliability of the mine hoisting mechanism system.
