摘    要:氢气减压器是氢燃料电池汽车的关键部位,随着氢燃料电池汽车续航里程要求的提高,氢气减压器的工作压力相应增大,传统的减压器难以满足使用要求。针对上述问题,研究了一种适用于70 MPa氢气压力的两级减压器,利用Fluent软件对其内部流场进行三维仿真模拟,通过研究不同阀门开口量大小来分析流体压力场、速度场、温度场的分布以及流量、能耗的变化。仿真结果表明,氢气减压器在较高的工作压力下可以实现大压力比减压,确定了高速低温区域,为后续改进结构、优化参数提供参考依据。

Abstract:Hydrogen regulator is a key part of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. With the improvement of the endurance mileage requirements of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, the operating pressure of regulator increases correspondingly, but the traditional pressure regulator is difficult to meet the use requirements. In view of the problem, a two-stage high-pressure regulator suitable for 70 MPa hydrogen pressure is studied. Using Fluent to simulate the three-dimensional internal flow field. The distribution of fluid pressure, velocity and temperature field, as well as the changes of mass flow rate and energy consumption under different valve opening conditions are analyzed. Simulation results show that the hydrogen pressure regulator can achieve high pressure ratio decompression at higher operating pressure, and the high-speed and low-temperature zones are determined. It provides a useful reference to the structure improvement and parameter optimization for future research.
