摘    要:针对目前悬臂单立柱无避让立体停车装置由于单边受力而存在倾斜、摇晃、稳定性差、部件易于受损等安全隐患,设计了一种新型无避让液压立体停车装置。该装置采用液压伸缩拉杆与框架支撑结构,实现了存取车停放过程中载车板受力均衡,可有效解决上述问题,且装置采用液压系统作为动力源,通过PLC对系统进行控制,实现了停车速度与位置的精确控制,保证系统安全可靠平稳运行。

Abstract:In view of the current cantilever single column non-avoidance stereo parking device, there are safety hazards such as tilting, shaking, poor stability, and easy damage of components due to Unilateral force,this paper designs a new non-avoidable hydraulic stereo parking device. The device adopts hydraulic telescopic pull rod and frame support structure, which realizes the balance of the load plate during the process of accessing the vehicle and parking the vehicle, So can effectively solve the above problems,Moreover, the device adopts the hydraulic system as the power source, and the system is controlled by PLC, which realizes the precise control of the parking speed and position, and then ensures the safe, reliable and stable operation of the system.
