| 摘 要： | 目的比较经腹腔穿刺器双套管置管引流术与经皮穿刺置管引流术在处理腹腔脓肿的实施效果。方法选择2017-2019年采取经腹腔穿刺器双套管置管引流术治疗的23例腹腔脓肿病人作为观察组，以2014-2016年采用经皮穿刺置管引流术治疗的腹腔脓肿病人18例为对照组，分析比较2组临床资料和疗效。结果2组病人均成功治愈。2组开腹手术引流率、脓肿完全愈合时间、炎症指标恢复正常时间、脓肿复发率、住院费用差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05~P < 0.01），2组抗生素使用时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论经腹腔穿刺器双套管置管引流术能优化腹腔脓肿治疗，降低手术引流率、脓肿复发率、脓肿愈合时间、炎症指标恢复正常时间及住院费用，具有较大推广价值。

Comparison of double cannula drainage by abdominal puncture device and percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of abdominal abscess |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo compare the effect of different puncture drainage methods double cannula drainage by abdominal puncture device and percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of abdominal abscess.MethodsThe clinical data of 23 patients with abdominal abscess treated with clinical approach from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and 18 patients with abdominal abscess treated with percutaneous catheter drainage from 2014 to 2016 were taken as the control.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe patients in the two groups were cured successfully.The differences of drainage rate, abscess healing time, inflammation index recovery time, abscess recurrence rate, hospitalization expenses between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and the differences of antibiotic use time was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsDouble cannula drainage by abdominal puncture device and percutaneous catheter drainage can optimize the therapy of abdominal abscess, significantly reduce the drainage rate of operation, abscess recurrence rate, abscess healing time, inflammation index recovery time and hospitalization expenses, which has great promotion values. |
