槐米提取液的抗氧化性能及在乳液化妆品中的应用研究

摘    要:考察槐米提取液的体外抗氧化、美白能力及加入乳液化妆品后的保湿、美白功效。实验结果表明:槐米提取液具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,与传统的抗氧化产品V_C相比,其对DPPH的清除效果好于V_C,对羟基自由基的清除率以及还原能力与V_C接近;0.3 g/L的槐米提取液对酪氨酸酶的抑制率为60.33%;添加槐米提取液的乳液化妆品能有效提高其保湿性,增强其美白功效,对皮肤安全、无刺激。

Abstract:In vitro antioxidation and skin-whitening capacity of extract from seed of Sophora japonica as well as skin-whitening and moisturizing efficacy of cosmetic emulsion formulated with the extract were examined. Experimental results show that, extract from seed of Sophora japonica displays certain in vitro antioxidation activity. As comparing with vitamin C, which is used as traditional antioxidation product, its DPPH scavenging rate is better than that of vitamin C; and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate and reducing capacity are close to that of vitamin C. The tyrosinase inhibition rate of the extract from seed of Sophora japonica with mass concentration of 0.3 g/L achieves 60.33%. Addition of extract from seed of Sophora japonica in cosmetic emulsion can improve its efficacy for moisturizing and skin-whitening. This additive is safe and does not cause skin irritation.
