| 摘 要： | 目的:观察建中降逆汤治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病中虚气逆证(NERD)临床疗效。方法:收集60例NERD患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=30)口服雷贝拉唑,治疗组(n=30)予以建中降逆汤。比较两组主要症状疗效、中医证候疗效、反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)评分、躯体化症状自评量表(SSS)评分、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃电图和不良反应。结果:治疗组主要症状和中医证候疗效优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃电图指标均改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组RDQ、SSS评分降低,PGⅠ、G-17水平升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组RDQ、SSS评分低于对照组,PGⅠ、G-17水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:建中降逆汤治疗NERD中虚气逆证疗效较好,能有效改善患者临床症状、中医证候、情志精神心理以及胃肠分泌功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effect of Jianzhong Jiangni decoction in treatment of Zhongxu Qini type non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD).Methods:60 patients with NERD were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was given rabeprazole orally,and the treatment group(n=30)given Jianzhong Jiangni decoction.The efficacy of main symptoms,TCM symptom efficacy,RDQ score,SSS score,pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),gastrin-17(G-17),electrogastrogram and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of main symptoms and TCM syndrome in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of electrogastrogram in the both groups were improved,and the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,RDQ and SSS scores decreased,PG Ⅰ and G-17 levels increased,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,RDQ and SSS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,PG Ⅰ and G-17 levels were higher than those in the control group,differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianzhong Jiangni decoction has better clinical effect in the treatment of NERD with Zhongxu Qini type.It can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,emotion,spirits and psychology,as well as gastrointestinal secretion function. |
