摘    要:中小型无人机配装的发动机无附件机匣,不能驱动液压泵。机上液压系统泵源配置电动泵,提取的功率有限,或机上无液压系统,不能提供液压功能,为适应中小型无人机需求,出现了无源刹车系统。无源刹车系统基于电静液作动原理,与机上液压系统完全独立,采用功率电传技术,具有自主防滑能力,自带油源,成附件少,重量轻,抗污染能力强,集成度高,解决了无液压源或液压源能力不足的飞机刹车系统设计问题,在中小型无人机上应用广泛。针对某型机在试飞过程中无源刹车系统出现停机刹车掉压的故障现象进行研究,对无源刹车原理进行介绍,对故障机理进行分析,通过故障复现验证了故障原因,并提出了合理有效的解决措施。

Abstract:Small and medium UAV equipped with engine non-attached casing, can not drive hydraulic pump. The pump source of the hydraulic system on board is equipped with electric pump, the extraction power is limited, or there is no hydraulic system on board, which can not provide hydraulic function. In order to meet the needs of small and medium UAV, a passive brake system appears. The passive brake system is completely independent of the hydraulic system on board, adopts power telex technology, has independent anti-skid ability, has its own oil source, has less accessories, light weight, strong anti-pollution ability, high integration degree, It solves the problem of aircraft brake system design without hydraulic source or insufficient hydraulic source, and is widely used in small and medium UAV. In this paper, the failure phenomenon of passive brake system during flight test is studied, the principle of passive brake is introduced, the fault mechanism is analyzed, and the fault cause is verified by fault recurrence. Reasonable and effective solutions are put forward.
