摘    要:为落实国家智慧城市发展战略,提升全社会用能服务水平,降低公共事业综合运营成本,基于电力领域成熟的用电信息采集系统建设成果和经验,提出面向公共事业的数据集中采集建设方案。通过水电气热四大领域一体化数据建模,实现数据共享存储;通过上行通道信道共享、下行通道灵活组网,解决异构多源数据通信难题;采用分布式架构的企业服务总线与消息总线,解决系统的数据处理效率及性能问题,实现公共事业数据集中采集和综合应用。

Abstract:In order to implement the national smart city development strategy,to improve the energy service level of the whole society,and to reduce the comprehensive operation cost of public utilities,based on the construction results and experience of mature power consumption information acquisition system in the power field,this paper put forward the construction scheme of centralized data acquisition for public utilities.The data sharing and storage can be realized through the integrated data modeling in four fields of hydropower and gas heat.The upstream channel sharing and the downstream channel were flexibly networking to solve the heterogeneous multi-source data communication problems;the enterprise service bus and message bus with distributed architecture were adopted to solve the data processing efficiency and performance problems of the system,and to realize centralized collection and comprehensive application of public utility data.
