有限转角力矩电机电流-转角特性测试方法

摘    要:随着现代电机技术的发展,一种有限转角力矩电机广泛使用于航空伺服阀、卫星天线、导弹舵机、机器人关节、激光反射镜等有限转角驱动装置的位置伺服控制系统中。由于起步较晚,有限转角力矩电机的起动转矩测试项目在对应的国军标中没有涉及,而它的电流-转角特性是有限转角使用的关键点。本文立足于有限转角力矩电机的发展现状,提出两种有限转角力矩电机电流-转角特性的测试方法,对两种方法进行分析论证。在此基础上,设计两套有限转角力矩电机电流-转角特性的配套测试工装,并进行了可行性验证。使用两种方法分别对有限转角力矩电机电流-转角特性进行试验,并对试验数据进行分析,结果表明两种有限转角力矩电机电流-转角特性的测试方法有效、可行。

Abstract:With the development of modern motor technology, a limited Angle torque motor is widely used in the position servo control system of aviation servo valve, satellite antenna, missile steering gear, robot joint, laser mirror and other limited Angle drive devices. Due to the late start, the starting torque test item of finite Angle torque motor is not involved in the corresponding military standard, and its current-angle characteristic is the key point of using finite Angle torque motor. In this paper, based on the development status of finite Angle torque motor, two current-angle characteristics test methods of finite Angle torque motor are proposed, and two methods are analyzed and demonstrated. On this basis, two sets of matching test tools for current-angle characteristics of finite Angle torque motor are designed, and the feasibility is verified. The two methods are used to test the current-angle characteristics of finite Angle torque motor, and the test data are analyzed. The results show that the two methods are effective and feasible.
