| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并发呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取在重症医学科的慢性阻塞性肺疾病而无合并其他疾病的住院患者128例，随机将其分成观察组和对照组，每组64例。对照组患者按常规医嘱进行护理，观察组患者采用制订好的临床护理路径进行护理，比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症、以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间、并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过引入临床护理路径，可缩短患者住院天数，减少并发症，提高护理工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the patients of COPD complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 128 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional medical care, and the observation group was treated by formulating clinical nursing path of good care. The hospitalization time, complications, and patient satisfaction were observed. Results The hospitalization time and complications rate of the observation group patients were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Through the introduction of clinical nursing path, the formation of nursing mode active nursing and active participation in combination, and can shorten the days in hospital patients and improve nursing work efficiency. |
