摘    要:为规避传统优化设计流程中灵敏度分析未考虑影响因素的实际取值区间而造成的风险,提出了基于可行域贡献量的影响程度的排序方法。该方法将设计参数的工程取值范围与灵敏度分析有机结合,同时考虑其他边界条件,对多点力值减振器的设计因素的影响程度进行了定量计算,完成了优化变量的选择和多点力值的多目标优化设计,且开发了相应的优化设计软件。优化样件台架试验结果表明:设计结果与目标值差异较小,进一步验证了所提方法及优化思路的有效性。

Abstract:In order to avoid that actual value interval of influence factors is not taken into account for sensitivity analysis in traditional optimization design process, a ranking method based on feasible region contribution is proposed. This method combines engineering value range of design parameters with sensitivity analysis, and considers other boundary conditions at the same time. The method is used to quantitatively calculate the influence degree of design factors for multi-point force value shock absorber. Based on the result, the selection of optimization variables and multi-objective optimization design of multi point force value are completed, and the corresponding optimization design software is developed. The bench test results of optimized sample show that the difference between the design result and the target value is small, and the effectiveness of the proposed method and the optimization idea are further verfied.
