铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理“数据无序”的现状,提出构建铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理系统的基本思路,以铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检的流程为走向,与工作流技术相结合,通过B/S网络结构,设计研发了铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理系统,实现铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理的实时监控性、历史记录性、统计分析性、故障预警性和设备管理的可预测性,提高了铁路编组站减速顶设备巡检管理的科学化水平,保障了调车作业的安全。

Abstract:In view of the present situation of disordered data at railway marshalling station reduction equipment inspection management, it was put forward the basic ideas of railway marshalling station reduction equipment inspection management system. This article took the process of railway marshalling station reduction equipment inspection as the main line, combined with workflow technology and B/S network structure, designed and developed railway marshalling station reduction equipment inspection management system. The system was used to implement the function of real-time monitoring, historical records, statistical analysis, fault warning and predictability for the railway marshalling station reduction equipment inspection management. It was improved the scientific level of the management, ensured the safety of shunting operation.
