定向长钻孔水力压裂增渗技术预抽煤巷条带瓦斯的应用研究

摘    要:为提高低渗、高瓦斯突出煤层煤巷条带瓦斯抽采效率,实现低渗、突出煤层煤巷条带瓦斯的快速有效治理,在2130煤矿4号煤层24223运输巷开展了井下定向长钻孔水力压裂增渗技术试验研究。试验结果表明,试验区内4号煤层水力压裂影响半径为30 m,煤层透气性提高了4.59倍,缩短了瓦斯抽采时间,提高了瓦斯抽采效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of strip gas extraction in low permeability and high gas outburst coal seam,and to realize the rapid and effective control of strip gas in low permeability and high gas outburst coal seam,a pilot study on hydraulic fracturing and seepage enhancement technology of directional long borehole in No.4 coal seam of 2130 Coal Mine was carried out.The test results showed that the influence radius of hydraulic fracturing in No.4 coal seam was 30 m,the permeability of coal seam was increased by 4.59 times,the time of gas extraction was shortened,and the effect of gas extraction was improved.
