矿用提升机监测和故障诊断方法研究

摘    要:为了矿井提升机的安全运行,研究了矿用提升机监测和故障诊断方法,分析了矿井提升机常见故障形式和事故类型,对其进行代码编制,以《煤矿安全规程》以及提升机常见机械故障形式的相关要求,研究了矿用提升机监测和故障诊断系统中所需要监测的主要参数,主要为主轴装置、减速器、电动机和制动系统的相关参数;采用集成神经网络的故障诊断方法以及串并联混合的形式对提升机集成神经网络的结构进行设计,设计了矿井提升机故障诊断的各层子网络结构。研究为矿用提升机监测和故障诊断系统的建立提供了理论基础。

Abstract:In order to safely operate the mine hoist,this paper studies the monitoring and fault diagnosis methods of mine hoist,analyzes the common fault forms and accident types of mine hoists,and compiles the code to "coal safety regulations" and common machinery of hoist the main requirements of the mine hoist monitoring and fault diagnosis system are related to the relevant requirements of the fault form,mainly related parameters of the spindle device,reducer,motor and braking system;fault diagnosis method using integrated neural network in the form of series-parallel mixing,the structure of the hoist integrated neural network is designed,and the sub-network structure of each layer of mine hoist fault diagnosis is designed.The research provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of mine hoist monitoring and fault diagnosis systems.
