螺旋溜槽流场特性与分离性能研究进展

摘    要:随着优质矿产资源匮乏程度的加剧以及生产环保要求的不断提高,加强对离心力和重力复合力场分选过程的精细化调控不失为一种可行的重要途径。经过几十年的发展,螺旋溜槽在现场被广泛采用,理论研究成果也很丰硕。结合作者前期工作和国内外相关研究动态,针对螺旋溜槽流场、颗粒运动行为、相关测试手段、螺旋溜槽结构与操作参数的影响等方面进行梳理和评述,在此基础上提出了对螺旋溜槽研究的重点和发展方向。

Research Advance of Flow Characteristics in Spirals and Its Separation Performance

Abstract:With the decrease of high quality ore resources as well as the continuous increase of environment demand for production, it becomes feasible and significant to enhance the precise regulation to the separation process using the compound force field of centrifugal force and gravity. Spirals have been found many varied applications in mineral processing over numerous years, as well as the theoretical research results are also very rich. Combining the previous work by the authors and the related research developments at home and abroad, the significant problems were discussed in details, including the flow characteristics in spirals, the particles motion behaviors, relevant measurement approach and the influence of structural and operational parameters on spirals performance. Finally, the emphases and directions of spirals research were brought forward.
