| 摘 要： | 伴随世界经济一体化进程的加快，当前国际承包工程市场正在发生着深刻而又复杂的变革。在这种新形势下，我国对外承包工程企业普遍采用的传统工程承包经营模式正面临着严峻的考验。融投资带动对外工程总承包经营模式是将金融资本和产业资本结合，从工程承包产业链条高端开拓国际承包工程市场的有益尝试。基于对融投资带动工程总承包竞争优势的分析，提出实施融投资带动对外工程总承包经营模式的途径，并阐述了实施融投资带动对外工程总承包经营模式的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Accompanied with the acceleration of the process of world economic integration，the current international engineering contracting market has undergone profound changes. In the context of the current situation，the Chinese international contractors commonly use traditional project contracting business model those are facing severe challenges. The financial investment-driven international general contracting business model combines the financial capital and industrial capital to develop the international contracting market from the engineering contracting industry chain of high-end. Based on the analysis of the financial investment-driven international general contracting business model’s competitive advantage，the corresponding solutions were proposed，including the implementation of the financial investment-driven international general contracting business model and the relevant recommendations of the financial investment-driven international general contracting business model. |
