电涡传感器在水泵橡胶轴承间隙在线测量中的应用

摘    要:电涡流传感器被用于对水泵转轴与橡胶轴承的间隙进行在线测量,以监测轴承磨损状况。首先通过电磁计算工具设计一个直径为14mm的双层平面电涡流电感。接着对制作在印刷线路板上的电感分别在空气和水中两种条件下的电阻抗特性进行测量。然后制作相应的电感检测电路,得到一个探头和检测电路一体的电涡流传感器。传感器采用RS485接口输出,不受通讯电缆长度影响。传感器经密封防水处理后尺寸为76×25×12mm。传感器经过实验室测试和水泵工况测试。实验室测试进行静态测试和动态测试,获得了传感器在水中进行间隙测量的特性,测量精度达到0.02mm。水泵工况测试在一台轴流泵上进行,试验结果表明电涡流传感器可以对水泵橡胶轴承间隙进行在线测量。

Application of eddy current sensor for on-line measurement of rubber bearing gap of water pump
Abstract:Eddy current sensor is used to measure the gap between the rotating shaft and the water conducting rubber bearing of water pump on line to monitor the wear condition of bearing. Firstly, a double-layer planar eddy current inductor with diameter of 14 mm is designed by using electromagnetic calculation tools. Then, the impedance characteristics of the inductors made on the printed circuit board are measured under the conditions of air and water respectively. Then the corresponding inductance detection circuit is made to obtain an eddy current sensor integrating the probe and the detection circuit. The sensor adopts RS485 interface output, which is not affected by the length of communication cable. The size of the sensor after sealing and waterproof treatment is 76×25×12mm. The sensor has passed the laboratory test and water pump working condition test. Both Static and dynamic tests were carried out in the laboratory to obtain the characteristics of the sensor for gap measurement in water. The sensor achieves measurement accuracy of 0.02mm. At last a test on an axial flow pump was carried out. The test results show that the designed eddy current sensor can measure the rubber bearing gap of the pump online.
