| 摘 要： | 华能玉环电厂1 000MW机组锅炉后炉膛的安装, 重视各种设备的吊装顺序和预存方案。包墙入口集箱, 低过热器、再热器入口集箱以及省煤器中间集箱和入口集箱的预存, 降低了吊装难度, 减少了施工的危险性。采用地面组合的方式, 不仅减少了高空作业, 而且保证了组件整体安装质量。

| Abstract: | During installation of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant 1 000 MW unit boiler rear furnace wall attentions were paid to the lifting sequences and pre-storage scheme for all various equipment,including inlet headers,LT superheater,reheater inlet headers and economizer intermediate headers and inlet headers.As a result,the difficulties of lifting operation and construction dangers were reduced.The ground assembling mode not only reduced the high air operation but also ensured whole installation quality. |
