互联网医患功能沟通质量综合评价研究

摘    要:在前期研究基础上,参考TOPSIS综合评价法,对我国互联网医患功能沟通质量进行综合评价。比较了不同患者主动程度组、不同医院级别组、不同医生职称组的沟通质量水平差异,认为在互联网医患沟通中,提升患者主动程度、选择高级别的医院和高职称的医生,对于促进互联网医患功能沟通质量水平提升具有重要意义。

Abstract:On the basis of the previous research and referring to TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, the quality of Internet doctor-patient instrumental communication in China was comprehensively evaluated. The different active levels of patients, hospital levels, different doctor titles were compared on group communication quality. It showed that during the Internet doctor-patient communication, improvement of the patients active level, selecting a high-level hospital and high title of doctor were of great significance for promoting the quality level of Internet doctor-patient instrumental communication.
