摘    要:时间、成本和质量三大目标综合优化是一个富有应用价值的研究热点和难点。为了分析研究复杂大规模三大目标优化问题,按照三大目标内在关系机理建立了时间、成本和质量关系模型。根据随机搜索思想,提出了三种群遗传算法。该算法采用不同种群执行并行搜索实现快速优化。最后将该方法应用于飞机零件生产实例,并且得到一系列优化结果。实例应用验证了该模型的正确性和算法的有效性。

Abstract:Tri-objective optimization of time,cost and quality is complex and valuable research hotspot which is of expansive practice application foreground.In order to analyze and research the complex large scale optimization problem,the integrative optimization model of time-cost-quality is set up according to the action rules and relations of three objectives.Tri-population genetic algorithm is put forward for the optimization model based on the idea of intellective stochastic search.The algorithm adopts different populations to carry out the parallel search to realize rapid optimization.Finally the methods proposed are applied to manufacturing case of airplane part,and a series of optimization results is achieved.The case applica-tion validates the correctness of the model and the availability of the algorithm.
