摘    要:对当前分布式资源消纳问题进行分析,并对区块链应用现状进行研究,结合当前电力体制改革政策及泛在电力物联网建设情况,对区块链技术在电力市场中应用进行展望,提出考虑用户响应的售电公司决策模型及含分布式电源用户的区域多边电力交易模型。依据行为特性设置更为合理的偏差考核机制用以完善现有购电双边合同,将用户可削减负荷作为虚拟发电资源参与实时市场竞争,以发挥负荷的柔性特征;设置考虑需求响应的购售电报价策略,并基于区块链技术构建含分布式资源的区域多边电力交易,为区块链技术在电力市场中的应用提供模型参考。

Abstract:The current problem of distributed energy resource consumption is analyzed in this paper while the current situation of block chain application is studied.Based on the current power system reform policy and the construction of Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things,the application of block chain technology in the power market is prospected.In this paper,a decision-making model of electricity selling company and a regional multi-lateral electricity trading model with distributed generation users are proposed.According to the behavior characteristics,a more reasonable deviation assessment mechanism is set up to improve the existing bilateral power purchase contract.The user can reduce the load as a virtual generation resource to participate in the real-time market competition,so as to play the role of a flexible load.The bidding strategy of electricity purchase and sale considering demand response is set up,and the regional multi-lateral electricity transaction with distributed resources is constructed based on the block chain technology,which provides model reference for the application of block chain technology in the electricity market.
