摘    要:为实现盾构隧道施工邻近桥梁安全评价,基于大量的文献研究和工程实践,从地质水文条件、盾构施工参数、隧道工程条件、桥梁自身条件和组织管理风险5方面构建涵盖16个因素的评价指标体系,并确定各指标的分级标准,提出1套基于集对分析理论(SPA)的安全评价方法;通过构建各指标等级间的联系度隶属函数,基于G1-CRITIC法确定综合权重,计算出加权平均联系度从而得到桥梁的安全评价等级,并通过蒙特卡洛法确定敏感性因素;以5座被下穿桥梁为例,对其进行安全风险评价和敏感度分析。结果表明:京秦铁路桥和刘家碾桥为中等风险,三元桥为低风险,北苑桥和万丰桥为极低风险;由敏感度分析得出盾构隧道下穿桥梁工程对隧道平曲线半径和地质复杂情况2个因素较为敏感,研究结果可为施工前期盾构的选型和地质适应性研究提供依据。

Abstract:In order to realize the safety evaluation of adjacent bridges in the shield tunnel construction,based on a large number of literature research and engineering practice,the evaluation indexes covering 16 factors from five aspects of geological and hydrological conditions,shield construction parameters,tunnel engineering conditions,bridge conditions and organization and management were constructed.The classification standard of each index was determined,and a set of safety evaluation method based on the set pair analysis theory(SPA)was proposed.By constructing the membership function of connection degree between each index grade,the comprehensive weight was determined based on the G1-CRITIC method,then the weighted average connection degree was calculated to obtain the safety evaluation grade of the bridge,and the sensitivity factors were determined by the Monte Carlo method.Finally,taking five underpass bridges as examples,the safety risk assessment and sensitivity analysis were carried out.The results showed that Beijing Qinhuangdao Railway Bridge and Liujianian Bridge were medium risk,Sanyuan Bridge was low risk,Beiyuan Bridge and Wanfeng Bridge were extremely low risk.According to the sensitivity analysis,it was concluded that the shield tunnel underpass bridge engineering was sensitive to two factors of tunnel horizontal curve radius and geological complexity.The results provide basis for the shield selection and geological adaptability study in the early stage of construction.
