摘    要:烟草中的硝酸盐是有害物质烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNA)的前体物,烟叶叶片和主脉中硝态氮含量与烟叶调制和贮藏过程中TSNA形成密切相关,降低硝酸盐的积累是降低烟草TSNA和提高氮素利用率的重要途径,对优质低害高效烟叶生产具有重要意义。本文综述了烟叶硝酸盐积累机理与影响因素以及调控措施,并对下一步的研究和应用进行了展望,以期为烟草优质低害研究提供借鉴与参考。

Research progress in nitrate accumulation and control in tobacco leaves in growing period

Abstract:Nitrate is a precursor of tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNA). The content of nitrate nitrogen in tobacco lamina and midrib is closely related to the formation of TSNA in curing and storage stage. Reducing nitrate accumulation is an important way to reduce content of TSNA in tobacco and improve nitrogen utilization, which is of great significance to the production of high quality, low harm and high efficiency tobacco leaves. In this review, the mechanism of nitrate accumulation, factors of nitrate accumulation and regulation techniques were summarized. In addition, this paper presents an outlook of future research and application in the hope of providing reference for further study on production of high quality and less harmful tobacco leaves.
