| 摘 要： | 目的:采用规范化癌痛护理晚期癌痛患者可提高并改善患者生活质量及延长生存期。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年3月收治的240例晚期癌痛患者，随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，各组120例，对照组以常规止痛护理，观察组以规范化癌痛护理。比较两种不同护理方式对患者生活质量及疼痛评分的影响。结果:观察组患者SDS、SAS、疼痛评分、患者社会/家庭状况、生理状况、功能状况、情感状况评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:规范化癌痛护理有利于改善并提高晚期癌痛患者生活质量，同时可延长生存时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:The standard cancer pain nursing can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2017，240 patients with advanced cancer pain were admitted.Random digital tables were divided into an observation group and a control group(each 120 cases).The control group was given routine pain relief care and the observation group was standardized cancer pain care.The effects of two different nursing methods on patients，quality of life and pain score were compared.Results:SDS，SAS，pain score，social，family status，physiological status，functional status and emotional status of patients in the observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Normative cancer pain care is beneficial to improve and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer pain，and at the same time can extend the survival time. |
