台阶裂隙破坏区地表漏风模型与控制方法研究

摘    要:浅埋煤层高强度开采过程中上覆岩层发生全厚切落形成台阶裂隙并导致地表漏风。本文以典型陕北神府侏罗纪煤层台阶裂隙破坏区为研究对象,通过分析上覆岩层裂隙发育特征与裂缝动态发育过程,建立台阶裂隙地表漏风数学模型,计算裂隙带高度及工作面顶板周期来压参数,将0.36m作为划分不同裂隙宽度等级的临界值,提出台阶裂隙破坏区地表漏风分类控制方法。结果表明,分级封堵措施实施后,地表裂隙平均漏风量从93m3/min降至15m3/min,平均下降幅度为83.9%,封堵效果显著;同时,针对现场漏风特点及规律,通过数值模拟得到地表裂隙封堵前后采空区氧浓度分布云图,进而比对裂隙封堵前后氧浓度变化情况。

Abstract:In the process of high-strength mining of shallow-buried coal seams, the overlying strata are cut through the full thickness to form step fissures and lead to surface air leakage. This paper takes the typical Jurassic coal seam bench fracture damage area in northern Shaanxi as the research object. By analyzing the development characteristics of the overlying stratum fissures and the dynamic development process of the fissures, a mathematical model of the surface air leakage of the bench fissures is established, and the height of the fissure zone and the roof period of the working face are calculated. According to the incoming pressure parameter, taking 0.36m as the critical value for classifying different crack width grades, a classification control method of surface air leakage in the failure area of step cracks is proposed. The results show that after the implementation of the graded plugging measures, the average air leakage volume of the surface fissures decreased from 93m3/min to 15m3/min, with an average decrease of 83.9%, and the plugging effect was remarkable. The cloud map of the oxygen concentration distribution in the goaf before and after the surface fissures were blocked, and then compared the changes of the oxygen concentration before and after the fissures were blocked.
