极近距离煤层采空区下回采巷道位置及围岩控制研究

摘    要:为解决准南煤矿极近距离煤层采空区下1501工作面安全回采问题,运用理论计算、数值模拟及现场实测等手段,研究了1501工作面巷道位置及支护方式。结果表明:为有效避开上部采空区残留煤柱影响,1501回采巷道与上部残留煤柱的合理水平错距应为9m|针对极近距离煤层采空区底板应力分布规律、岩层厚度和力学性质等,提出了巷道支护对策及支护方案;1501工作面回采过程,巷道顶底板相对移近量最大为222.5mm,两帮相对移近量最大为151mm,巷道未出现棚腿压折、冒顶、片帮现象,工作面实现了安全回采。

Roadway Position and Surrounding Rock Control Technology under Mining Goaf in Very Close Coal Seam
Abstract:Abstact: In order to solve the safe mining problem of 1501 working face under the goaf of extremely close coal seam in Zhunnan Coal Mine, the roadway position and support mode of 1501 working face were studied by means of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that in order to effectively avoid the influence of residual pillars in the upper goaf, the reasonable horizontal staggered distance between the 1501 mining roadway and the upper residual pillars is 9 m; and aiming at the stress distribution law, rock thickness and mechanical properties of the floor of the goaf in the very close coal seam, the roadway supporting countermeasures and supporting schemes are put forward; during the mining process of 1501 working face, the maximum relative displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is 222.5 mm.,and the maximum relative displacement of the two sides is 151 mm, and there is no collapse of shed legs, roof fall and side slice in the roadway. The safe mining is realized in the working face.
