高效利用反应热副产工业蒸汽 热法磷酸生产装置工艺设计

摘    要:以3万t/a热法磷酸生产装置为例,阐述了带热能利用的热法磷酸生产装置的工艺流程、技术特点、主要操作条件,进行了物料衡算、热量衡算和主要设备的选型计算。建成装置现已达产达标,生产操作稳定、运行可靠,说明该装置的工艺设计是成功的。总结了实施热能回收利用技术后热法磷酸装置取得的节能、节水及减排效果,指出该技术对中国现阶段实施节能减排的重要意义。

Process design of thermal process phosphoric acid plant with industrial steam by high efficient utilization of reaction heat

Abstract:With the capacity of 30 000 t/a thermal process phosphoric acid plant as the design benchmark,technological process,technical features,and main operating conditions of a thermal process phosphoric acid production plant with heat energy utilization were introduced.Material balance,heat balance,and the main equipment selection were calculated.Process design of the equipment was successful base on the established plant reaching standard and output,and on stable operation and reliability service of built devices.The effect of energy saving,water saving, and emission reduction with the patented technology was summarized,and the significance of the technology was also pointed out to China′s current energy conservation and emissions reduction.
