加强梗及蒙皮裂纹分析

摘    要:飞机在使用一段时间后,在发动机下盖滑油散热风口发现蒙皮及加强梗出现裂纹,通过宏微观形貌检查、电导率测试、金相组织分析、化学成分测定、扫描电镜观察、显微硬度测试等方法,对裂纹产生原因进行分析。结果表明:加强梗裂纹性质为疲劳开裂,裂纹主要是受已开裂蒙皮与连接接头在交变载荷的作用而形成的;蒙皮裂纹性质为铆钉孔的应力集中造成的疲劳开裂。

Abstract:After the aircraft was used for a period of time, cracks were found in the skin and strengthening stem of the lubricating oil heat dissipation outlet of the lower cover of the engine. The reasons for the cracks were analyzed by means of macro and micro morphology examination, electrical conductivity test, metallographic structure analysis, chemical composition determination, scanning electron microscope observation, and microhardness test. The results show that the crack of the strengthening stem is fatigue crack, which was mainly formed under cyclic loading of the cracked skin and the joint. The crack of the skin is fatigue crack caused by stress concentration of rivet hole.
