基于弹性负荷跟踪电量平衡的交易机制与模式研究

摘    要:将负荷侧弹性负荷资源作为电力市场交易的产品,开展负荷侧弹性负荷跟踪电力系统电量供需平衡的交易市场机制与模式研究。首先结合负荷侧弹性负荷用电规律定义了弹性负荷资源并构建了汇聚负荷弹性资源的架构,设计负荷侧弹性资源参与交易的申报、出清流程。其次,根据电力市场原则,提出了负荷弹性资源跟踪电力系统电量供需平衡优化模型,设计了交易的原则、机制以及效益模型。最后,通过算例对负荷弹性资源跟踪新能源发电出力波动进行验证。

Abstract:This paper takes load side elastic load resources as the product of power market transaction, and carries out the research on the trading market mechanism and mode of the load side elastic load tracking the power supply and demand balance of power system. First,combined with the law of elastic load power consumption on the load side, the elastic load resources are defined, the architecture of gathering the load elastic resources is constructed, and the declaration and clearing process of the load side elastic resources participating in transactions are designed. Furthermore,according to the principle of the power market, the optimization model of the load elastic resource tracking the power system power supply and demand balance is proposed, and the transaction principle, mechanism and benefit model is designed. Finally, an example is given to verify that the transaction mechanism of the load elastic resource tracking the power output fluctuation of renewable energy generation designed in this pape.
