摘    要:螺杆马达是螺杆钻具的动力源,其定子与转子之间过盈量的合理设计对马达工作性能和使用寿命至关重要。首先,建立了螺杆马达定子与转子的二维啮合有限元模型,并分析了工作压力和井下温度对定子廓形的影响。然后,基于密封性能评价准则,对不同过盈量下定子与转子的接触应力进行计算,并提出定子大、小径处采用不同过盈量的非均匀过盈量设计方法。最后,以螺杆马达转子为基准,设计了考虑压力与温度影响的定子廓线,在理论上实现了定子与转子之间的有效密封和良好接触。螺杆钻具整机台架试验结果表明:相较于传统的过盈量设计方法,考虑压力和温度影响的非均匀过盈量设计方法可使螺杆马达具有更高的效率。研究结果可为螺杆马达过盈量及其余参数的设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:Screw motor is the power source of the screw drilling tool, and the reasonable design of interference between the stator and the rotor is very important for the working performance and service life of the motor. Firstly, a two-dimensional meshing finite element model of the stator and the rotor of the screw motor was established, and the influence of working pressure and bottom hole temperature on the stator profile was analyzed. Then, based on the evaluation criterion of sealing performance, the contact stress of the stator and the rotor under different interference was calculated, and a non-uniform interference design method with different interference at the large and small diameters of the stator was proposed. Finally, based on the rotor of the screw motor, the stator profile considering the influence of pressure and temperature was designed, which theoretically realized the effective sealing and good contact between the stator and the rotor. The bench test results of the screw drilling tool showed that, compared with the common interference design method, the non-uniform interference design method considering the influence of pressure and temperature could make the screw motor have higher efficiency. The research results can provide a certain reference for the design of the interference and other parameters of screw motors.
