摘    要:目的 建立猪肉中93种兽药和违禁化合物残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。方法 样品用0.005 mol/L EDTA-乙腈-甲醇(3∶1, v/v,含1%乙酸)混合溶液提取后,冷冻除酯,再经壳聚糖净化,经稀释后,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。结果 方法线性范围为0.05~200.00 μg/L,定量限为0.266~50.100 μg/kg,回收率为64.6% ~118.6%,日内和日间RSD分别为0.50%~15.90%和0.18%~19.20%。结论 本法简便快速、灵敏、准确,可用于猪肉中93种兽药和违禁成分的测定。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To establish a method for the determination of 93 veterinary drugs and prohibited chemicals in pork by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). Methods After the samples were extracted with 0.005 mol/L EDTA and acetonitrile-methanol (3:1, v/v, containing 1% acetic acid), then frozen for removing theft and then purified with chitosan. The purified solution was diluted, and the target analytes were determined by UHPLC-MS/MS. Results The linear ranges of the method were 0.05-200 μg/L. The limit of quantification was 0.266-50.1 μg/kg, and the recoveries were 64.6%-118.6%. The RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were 0.50%-15.9% and 0.18%-19.2%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, quick, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of 93 veterinary drugs and prohibited chemicals in pork.
