基于磁感应技术的高精密一体化角度传感器

摘    要:旋转式感应同步器是一种测角精度可与圆光栅媲美的高精密磁感应角度传感器,包含定、转子两个部件,传统旋转式感应同步器定子、转子为分装式的,安装条件要求非常高,且这种分装式的旋转式感应同步器需匹配后续的放大、滤波及解码电路,这使得整个系统集成度不高,应用不便利。针对该问题研究了一种基于定子轴承基座的一体化嵌入式结构设计,通过增加轴承、连接轴等零部件将传统分离式的感应同步器定子、转子以及解码板封装在一起形成一个整体的封闭式结构,经实测其测角精度可达到±2″以内,从而彻底解决了旋转式感应同步器安装困难的缺点,实现了一种能与国外先进产品兼容的编码器形式产品。

Abstract:The rotary inductosyn is a kind of high-precision magnetic induction angle sensor whose angle measurement accuracy is comparable to that of the circular grating,rotary inductosyn consists of two parts:stator and rotor.The stator and rotor of traditional rotary inductosyn are divided into two parts.The installation conditions are very high,and this kind of divided inductosyn needs to match the subsequent amplifying,filtering and decoding circuits,which makes the whole system decentralized and low integration,It’s not convenient to use.In this paper,an integrated embedded structure design based on the stator bearing base was proposed.By adding bearing,connecting shaft and other parts,the traditional separated stator,rotor and decoding board of the rotary inductosyn were packaged together to form a whole closed structure,and its angle measurement accuracy can be within±2″,so it completely solved the shortcomings of the installation difficulties of the rotary inductosyn,and realized a kind of structure that could be compared with foreign countries advanced products compatible with encoder form products.
