一种新型低速大扭矩水液压马达结构设计及仿真分析

摘    要:由于径向马达进出口均采用一端盘配流方式,势必会存在高低压相通而引起容积效率低、泄漏量大等问题,提出一种新型两端盘配流低速大扭矩水液压马达,转速为200r/min,压力为10MPa,输出扭矩为128N·m。采用天然海水或淡水作为工作介质,在其左右两端分别对进出口进行端面配流,可有效避免高低压连通引起的泄漏。通过理论计算和仿真分析对水压马达进行结构设计,确定关键结构参数。应用Solidworks三维软件进行三维绘制,并对各个零部件进行干涉检验,采用软件中特征功能进行整体流体域提取,并通过PumpLinx软件对其压力进行流场分析,进一步优化关键结构参数,最终为水液压马达的研制奠定理论基础。

Abstract:As the energy conversion and actuating mechanism, water hydraulic motor plays a vital role in the water hydraulic transmission system. Because the radial motor inlet and outlet all adopt one end plate distribution method, there will inevitably be problems of low volume efficiency and large leakage due to high and low voltage interconnections. Therefore, this paper presents a new type of low-speed and high-torque water hydraulic motor with two-way disk distribution. The speed is 200 r/min, the pressure is 10 MPa, and the output torque is 128 N·m. The natural seawater or fresh water is used as the working medium, and the inlet and outlet ends of the left and right ends are respectively flow-distributed, which can effectively prevent leakage caused by high and low pressure connections. Through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis, the structural design of the hydraulic motor is carried out, and the key structural parameters are determined. Apply Solidworks 3D software for 3D rendering, and perform interference test on various components. The characteristic function of the software is used to extract the whole fluid domain. PumpLinx software is used to analyze the pressure field to further optimize key structural parameters. The theoretical foundation for the development of water hydraulic motor is laid.
