高效卤水浓缩方法研究

摘    要:针对盐田自然蒸发中卤水浓缩效率低的情况,本文提出了一种装置:空气能蒸发器;基于增大蒸发面积的原理,将二维蒸发平面扩展为三维,通过考察风速、单位体积蒸发面积对蒸发量的影响,得出了最佳蒸发量对应的单位体积蒸发面积。当单位体积蒸发面积为196m~2/m~3时,单位装置体积的每小时蒸发量最大,可达30 kg/m~3h~(-1),之后考察用该装置蒸发卤水的效果,本装置蒸发效果较好,效率很高,对盐田生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the low efficiency of brine concentration in natural evaporation, this paper proposes a device:air energy evaporator. Based on the principle of increasing evaporation area, the two\|dimensional evaporation plane is expanded into three\|dimensional. By investigating the influence of wind speed and evaporation area per unit volume on evaporation amount, the evaporation area per unit volume corresponding to the optimal evaporation amount is obtained. When the evaporation area per unit volume is 196 m2/m3, the evaporation per unit volume is the largest, reaching 30 kg/m3/h. After that, we investigated the effect of evaporation of brine with the device. The device has good evaporating effect and high efficiency, which has certain guiding significance for the production of salt field.
