| 摘 要： | 目的研究肝纤维化大鼠部分肝切除(PH)后不同时间点肝细胞再生与胶原纤维表达。方法雄性SD大鼠84只分为对照组和肝纤维化组,每组42只,分别在PH后12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d和14 d取材,苏木精伊红(HE)染色、Masson染色,观测肝再生指数、肝细胞核分裂相和肝组织胶原表达。结果(1)肝再生指数:对照组术后1~5 d迅速升高达峰值,并维持至14 d;肝纤维化组术后1~3 d迅速升高,5~7 d缓慢递增至峰值,术后14 d又略有下降;(2)肝细胞核分裂相:对照组肝细胞核分裂相先增多后减少,术后缓慢增加,术后1 d迅速升高,于术后3 d最高,此后逐步下降。肝纤维化组肝细胞核分裂相较少,肝部分切除后稍有增多,术后3 d最多,而后略有减少并维持到术后14 d;(3)肝组织胶原表达:对照组术后胶原表达缓慢增加,14 d到达峰值;肝纤维化组胶原纤维术后12 h~5 d维持高表达,在术后1 d达峰值,术后5 d迅速下降,14 d降至最低。肝纤维化组各时间点胶原表达均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝纤维化大鼠肝部分切除后,术后1~7 d肝再生达到高峰,肝细胞再生能力较正常大鼠差,胶原表达术后各时间点均高于正常大鼠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the liver regeneration and the expressions of collegen at different time point after partial hepatectomy（PH） in rats with liver fibrosis. Methods Eighty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group and liver fibrosis group,42 rats in each group. The rats were executed separately at the time point of 12 hours,1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days and 14 days after PH,then the hepatic tissues were detected with HE staining and Masson staining. Liver regeneration index, hepatocyte caryocinesis phase and the expression of collagen in liver tissue was observed. Results （ 1 ） Liver regeneration index：Liver regeneration index increased rapidly to the peak from PH 1 day to 5 days, and maintained this trend to PH 14 days in control group. It rose quickly from PH 1 day to 3 day, and increased slowly to the maximum from PH 5 to 7 days, next decreased slightly PH 14 days in liver fibrosis group. （2）Hepatocyte caryocinesis phase ：The hepatocyte caryocinesis phase of control group increased at first and decreased next. After operation that rose slightly, and increased rapidly at PH 1 day, then got the peak at PH 3 days, finaly decreased steadily. The hepatocyte caryocinesis phase of liver fibrotic group wre fewer than that of the control group. That increased a little after operation, next got to the maximum at PH 3 days, then increased slightly and maintained to PH 14 days. （3）Expression of collagen in hepatic tissue：The expression of collagen of control group rose slowly, and reached the peak at PH 14 days. The liver fibrotic group maintained high expression from PH 12 hours to 5 days, and arrived the peak at PHl day ,then it began to decrease rapidly to the bottom at PH 14 day. The expression of collagen liver fibrotic group was higher than that of control group at different time point after partial hepatectomy.
