煤矿巷道支护参数优化与快速掘进技术研究

摘    要:根据2674回风巷具体地质概况,对巷道应力进行了分析,并根据围岩地质条件进行了巷道支护参数优化,同时研究了快速掘进技术的施工方法,主要包括支护工序、永久支护工序安排及要求、锚杆施工安装工艺、支护工艺、支护形式、施工工艺、装载与运输等,最后进行了巷道围岩变化监测。研究表明,采用优化以后的支护工艺和支护参数,能有效减轻工人劳动强度,降低巷道支护成本,巷道掘生产效率提高了25%,同时巷道变形量也显著减小。研究为相似条件下巷道快速高效掘进提供了技术支持。

Abstract:According to the specific geological situation of the 2674 return airway,the roadway stress was analyzed,and the roadway supporting parameters were optimized according to the geological conditions of the surrounding rock.At the same time,the construction method of the rapid excavation technology was studied,mainly including supporting process,permanent supporting process arrangement and requirements,bolt construction and installation technology,supporting technology,supporting form,construction technology,loading and transportation,etc.and the changes in the surrounding rock of the roadway.Studies have shown that the use of optimized supporting technology and supporting parameters can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce roadway supporting costs,increase the production efficiency of roadway excavation by 25%,and reduce the amount of roadway deformation significantly.The research results have provided technical support for rapid and efficient roadway excavation under similar conditions.
